What if my order is lost or delayed?

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means the item is not yet in stock and is being produced. You’re securing your piece before it sells out.
Will I be updated during production?
Yes — we provide updates via email or socials so you know exactly where your order is at.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as items are made specifically for the drop.
What if I order a pre-order item with an in-stock item?
Your order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you want items shipped separately, place two separate orders.
Are pre-order items limited?
Yes — once pre-orders close, that design may not restock.
